Second Walking Trail

Last week I posted a video of my first walking trail and shared the first step in avoiding fatigue and maintain consistency

The second step is having a couple of different walking trails so as to alternate routes and have a change of environment. The mind get bored by seeing same things everyday. You need a change of environment to remain energised. Personally I have three different walking trails which I alternate from Monday to Friday. This has helped me to remain energetic. Therefore I will advice you have different walking trails with different terrains. Below is a compilation of pictures from the second walking trail
